Ion Todan, attorney at the Ilfov Bar Association, founded the "Ion Todan" Law Office during the interwar period. The office quickly earned a solid reputation in Romanian civil and commercial law of that era.
With the establishment of the communist regime in Romania, the legal profession was radically reorganized. The office was forcibly dissolved, and independent legal practice was interrupted for nearly five decades.
The founder's grandson revived the Todan family's legal tradition. "Todan & Associates" Law Firm was established, continuing the values and principles inherited from the interwar period.
With over 25 years of active experience, the firm provides high-quality legal assistance and representation to important clients from Romania and abroad, across various areas of civil and commercial law.
